Property Management Service
We have two levels of letting service within this category. The first being a letting service which excludes the management aspect and the second being a full management service in which your property will be completely looked after and managed from start to finish. As an additional bonus for both of the following services there are NO RENEWAL FEES to be paid.
Our pricing structures for these services are as follows:
Full letting service (No Management):
Fee: 10% of annual rental (no VAT)
This service includes:
Initial consultation.
Viewings by appointment.
Tenant referencing.
Tenancy agreements drawn up.
Initial rental payment taken with deposit.
Completion of rental agreement.
Transfer of utility bills into tenants? name.
Inventory of property.
Management service
Fee: 15% of annual rental (no VAT)
This service includes:
Initial consultation.
Viewings by appointment.
Tenant referencing.
Tenancy agreements drawn up.
Initial rental payment taken with deposit.
Completion of rental agreement.
Transfer of utility bills into tenants? name.
Inventory of property.
Monthly rental payments paid to landlord with an account statement.
Regular checks of the property (every three months).
Deal with any maintenance issues that should arise.

Important note: All maintenance issues will be dealt with by our management team but it is entirely the landlords? responsibility to pay for the work that is required to be carried out.
